OK, the first original rant on
Antiserious! W00T.
First, I would like to make it clear just
how much I love my background. Best.
Screen capture. Ever. It's downright
beautiful. Of course, when I described
it to Zeke, this was his response:
Vyse: By the way, I have an awesome
background.
Vyse: I went through a Gate in CT.
Vyse: And took a screen capture of the
time-travel sequence.
Vyse: You know, the purple swirly stuff.
Vyse: It's cool.
Zeke: Like a bad drug trip?
...Sigh. Beauty is in the eye of the
beholder, I guess. He's such a cynic.
Second, I'd like to state my love of this
site. (Yes, I love a lot of things. I'm a
loving person.) The sheer randomness
of the home page -- the background
and image generator, specifically -- is
very entertaining. All of the authors are
great, fun people. (Brooser is my best
friend, actually, and all the others --
with the exception of Ninja, whom I
barely know -- are close friends, too.)
And once the site is at full capacity, so
to speak, it'll have some secrets, too....
All in all, much better than Geocities.
And that covers it! Well, except for an
explanation for the lack of updates
recently. I just haven't had time. I've
been hit with a lot of homework lately.
But the flood is receding, so I should
be able to make a new comic very
soon.
