Medium is an excellent platform for independent writers and publishers. We hope that they listen to us and make this necessary change.

We hope Medium is listening. As primarily a literary magazine, we have run into the same issues since moving to Medium. There’s currently no way one can format poetry other than going with the standardized form. We can’t tell our contributing poets to change the form of their poems. That would mean asking them to change the meaning. In poetry form itself is language.
