Mansplaining according to urban dictionary means “to delight in condescending, inaccurate explanations delivered with rock solid confidence of rightness and that slimy certainty that of course he is right, because he is the man in this conversation.” Well, we all know that the man IS always right, except when he isn’t. Now know that men are the bread earners, they are the ones responsible for the functioning of nature’s cycle. Without their sperms no child would be born, without their sweat no child will be raised, no books will be written, no money will be made; in short, nothing will happen. So of course we understand that they are busybodies. And therefore they have no time to read about feminism. After all, the ones mostly talking about it are women. Inferior species, who basically, like a cow that moos and gives milk, are milk machines. And in the words of Joey Tribbiani their points are ‘moo’ points.
In order to make the lives of such men easy “misandrist and noted Illuminati ringleader,” Elizabeth Simins has started a service called The Womansplainer. Which is a consulting service “for men who have better things to do than educate themselves about feminism.” And because it is a service it comes with a minimum charge that has been mentioned on her tumbler blog. Now, is it fair that women be asked to repeatedly explain themselves for everything they do or wish to do? If you want an explanation you must pay a price. And so she rightly charge a nominal fee of 20$ for a simple Google search, if you want to talk to her on twitter it will cost you 50$ and if you want the conversation to last longer it will cost you 100$. It answers questions like “Are all feminists lesbians?” and “Why is it ‘feminism’ and not ‘humanism/equalism’?” Very relevant questions, and if you need answers go talk to Simins.
